For the first time ever, the “Audiencia Nacional” is going to use send information via inernet to the lawyers,using electronic signatures.
Two days before the mega-trial started, the following Royal Decree was published in the B.O.E. (Official State Gazette): Royal Decree 84/2007, 26th of January, REGARDING THE USE OF LEXNET TELECOMMUNICATIONS PACKAGE IN JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS TO PRESENT AND MAKE COPIES OF WRITTEN DOCUMENTS AND SEND INFORMATION USING THE INTERNET.
