The judgement pronounced by the “Audiencia Nacional” (National Court of Spain) is not final: one possibility is to APPEAL FOR ANNULMENT within five days claiming that the Law has been infringed or that standard procedure has not been followed. 

Another possibility is to appeal based on an INFRINGEMENT OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES, if a constitutional right has been violated in some way.
